The short version
Born and raised in sunny Southern California, I've always had a love for warm beaches, good food, and a little adventure. I'm a Jesus-loving, taco-chasing, pink-haired girl mama who believes life is best lived with faith, family, and fun.
My heart belongs to my amazing husband and our beautiful daughters. When I'm not soaking up time with them, you can probably find me dreaming about my next beach trip or sipping on a vanilla latte.
I'd drive just about anywhere for good tacos. And if I ever go missing, there's a good chance I've finally packed my bags and moved to Florence, Italy.
The longer version
Not because it comes naturally — I'd really prefer to keep my dirt hidden. But because the Lord has so kindly shown me that I am not the only one walking these roads. And every time I think I'm alone in something, a dozen women whisper the same thing back to me.
I host the Rip It Off Podcast — real, raw, biblical conversations about sex, shame, and intimacy in marriage. I co-host Christian Motherhood: The Real Conversation with Elyse Rooney. And I'm finishing a book I've been writing for the woman I used to be.
My mission is simple: say the things the church forgot to say. Rip off the shame. Rediscover the goodness of God.

I'm a girl mom through and through — we even have two female dogs. All girls up in here.
My happy place: snuggled up with a book, a blanket, and zero interruptions. A mom can dream.
I love warm beaches, belly laughs, and the feeling of God healing old wounds.
